President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo has shared photos of himself and the King of Jordan taken during bilateral talks between the two heads of state in Aqaba, Jordan.
In a post shared on his official Instagram page, President Nana Akuffo Addo revealed that during his visit to Jordan he discussed efforts both countries can employ in fighting Terrorism and violent extremism.
According to President Nana Akuffo Addo’s post, these talks took place on the side lines of the Aqaba Process meeting concerning West Africa.
The Aqaba Process, an initiative supported by the Jordanian King, is aimed at bringing together high level leaders and heads of state in order to discuss methods of fighting terrorism and extremism, particularly in West Africa.
Most notable among President Nana Akuffo Addo’s entourage was the Foreign Affairs Minister, Madam Shirley Ayorkor Botchway.

This morning, I held bilateral talks with the King of Jordan, His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein, on the sidelines of the Aqaba Process Meeting on West Africa.
