Ghana’s effort at increasing its cocoa production has received a boost as a construction firm in Ghana, KUJOS Construction Ghana Limited has taken a giant step to reward their clients with Cocoa farms.
Speaking at the Launch of the Maiden Edition of the Housing Fair of the Company in the United States of America, the Chief Executive Officer of KUJOS Construction Ghana Limited Mr. Joseph Martey stated that ‘’1 acre of Cocoa farm will be awarded to clients who build up to the tune of $ 100,000’’.
KUJOS Housing Fair is an opportunity for Ghanaians in the Diaspora to have a wide range of information about KUJOS Construction Ghana Limited, issues relating to property investments, mortgages, land litigation, home security and to convince them to build their properties in Ghana.
According to Mr. Joseph Martey, the Initiative is one of the conduits through which KUJOS intends to address the challenges identified in the Cocoa Sector in Ghana.
KUJOS Construction Ghana Limited is affiliated to Ghana Home Loans Financial Institution and Energy Commercial Bank as official bankers. Development Capital Partners are the financial advisors and their artistic buildings (Signature Houses) are designed by Imoderm architectural firm.
KUJOS Construction Ghana Limited has been in existence since the year 2012 and undergone several projects for the Government of Ghana which includes, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
