If you have kept your hairbrush for over a year, please replace it. It needs to be cleaned once a week as well.

You should get a new pillow every two to three years. Dust mites and neck pains may ruin a good night rest if you don’t.

The ground kitchen spices usually go bad after six months. The others could span between two and three years.
