There Are Terrorists In Your Country – Yasar Tuzun

 

 

The Deputy Speaker of Turkey’s Parliament, Yasar Tuzun, has stated that FETO-linked schools are not only a threat for the security of Turkey, but also for other countries where the terror group is active.

Speaking at a meeting with the head of the Ghana-Turkey Inter-parliamentary Friendship Group, Sualihu Alhassan Dandawa, he said about five FETO schools are currently active in Ghana.

According to him, these schools are doing the bidding of the terrorist group under the guise of educating children.

These schools are employing the terrorist organizations’ members and are serving the traitorous aim of FETO under the mask of education“, Tuzun cautioned, as quoted by Graphic.com.gh.

“These schools were not only a source of threat for the security of Turkey but also for the countries where they are active.”

On his part, Dandawa said the Ghana government has taken notice of Turkey’s warning and will act swiftly to curb any disaster.

He assured that the West African country is ready to work hand-in-hand with Turkey to clamp down potential terrorists.

“I want to give you a guarantee related to FETO schools: we are working on it,” Dandawa said.

“Our president takes this issue very seriously, he is also working on it. We are also ready to give the proper response to you. Turkey is Ghana, Ghana is Turkey. Anything that affects Turkey affects Ghana as well. If Turkey is not happy, Ghana is also not happy.”

The group FETO have roots in Turkey and were responsible for an attempted coup in the country in July 2015.

The group has also been at war with the Turkish Police and military, having previously attempted to the state.
