Sam Okyere is a Ghanaian who is currently in South Korea doing further studies – but by virtue of talent, is making a name for himself in the Asian country’s entertainment world.
According to him, his initial plan was to gain admission to University of Ghana but fate had a different assignment for him after he applied for a Korean Government Scholarship and gained admission a year on.
The latest news gathered from Sam Okyere, whom some Koreans mistake to me Hollywood actor Will Smith (due to their sharp resemblance), is that, Sam has been named in Forbe’s 30 under 30 Asia list. Excited Sam Okyere announced:
“Ladies and gentlemen!! I have great news!!!! I made it to this year’s Forbes 30 under 30 Asia list!!!! I can’t believe it!!!! Thank you God for such an opportunity!!!
“I’ve read Forbes magazine’s growing up and now I can’t believe I’m in!!!!! Thank you Forbes. @forbes”
Sam understands and writes Korea, so he posted in Korea. Read that one too:
사랑하는여러분, 제가올해포브스아시아 30세이하선장되었습니다!!!!!!!! 아주아주큰영광입니다!!!! 포브스감사합니다. 여러분사랑합니다.
The 30 Under 30 Asia List is a prestigious initiative in Asia that celebrates the best of the best young entrepreneurs making waves in their respective industries. Nominations are done online. After six (6) months of screening and selecting the qualified nominees by 30 judges, Sam Okyere found himself in the final list that came out.
