Ex-Aston Villa star George Boateng has spoken highly of Albert Adomah’s performance – which has seen him score 11 times in 14 games.
Adomah, 29, has hit an extraordinary vein of form under Steve Bruce.
The forgotten Ghana international has enjoyed a remarkable turnaround under Steve Bruce, emerging as a standout performer for the Villans.
‘I think Steve Bruce is doing a good job there, he is the right guy at the right club at the moment for us,’ Boateng told SSN.
‘Even though John Terry got injured – that was a big blow for him.
‘But Albert Adomah is in the form of his life, scoring goal after goal and at the moment he is so important this season if we want to get up this season -either through the playoffs or automatic promotion.
‘Probably the second place as I think that Wolverhampton might be the one to get the first spot.’
