2 ripe Plantains
Powdered red chilli
2 eggs150g of Panko breadcrumbs
400ml of Sunflower
30g of chopped Ginger
3 Green chillies
1 teaspoon of Mixed spice
Slice the Plantain.
Mix the Ginger, Chillies and Onion together into a smooth paste.
Include the mixed Ginger blend, the blended zest and powdered red bean stew.
Blend till all around consolidated
Split and beat the eggs in a bowl Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Pour the oil in a Wok/Saucepan and place on a medium warmth.
Utilizing a spoon, scoop a segment of the spiced cubed Plantain into the beaten egg, then hurl it in the breadcrumbs and fry till brilliant.
Repeat the procedure, till you have a brilliant crunchy Plantain.
