Every item in your household may have an expiry date you never knew about.
There is even a name of items that have stood the test of time; we call them ‘second hand products’.

If you have kept your hairbrush for over a year, please replace it. It needs to be cleaned once a week as well.
Please replace your kitchen sponge every two weeks. You could also regularly disinfect it with boiling water
Do get new indoor slippers every six months so as to avoid fungal infection.
You should get a new pillow every two to three years. Dust mites and neck pains may ruin a good night rest if you don’t.
Have you been using your toothbrush for over three months now?; please change it. Do you have a flu?; kindly change your toothbrush.
The ground kitchen spices usually go bad after six months. The others could span between two and three years.
Change your towel if you have used it between one and three years. It could be breeding bacteria if you don’t.
